Board Positions

 

Nominations closed October 24, 2018. Please vote at the MNNP Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, December 1st 8:00-9:00 AM.

 

Positions opening for election are the following (click for more information on each position):

  • President elect (3 year term)
  • Secretary (2 year term)
  • Communications Liaison (2 year term)
  • Membership Liaison (2 year term)
Any member, registered with dues paid, is eligible to run for office. Student Members and Associate
Members are ineligible to nominate candidates, run for office or vote in the election.

 

Nomination Process is as follows:


All nominations must be submitted electronically on a Nomination Application for 2018 Election form. It is a downloadable PDF that should be filled out, saved, and then attached to an email, along with a CV, to:
admin@mnnp.org


MNNP members are encouraged to nominate themselves or other members.


All incumbent office holders eligible to serve again must submit forms and complete the nomination process.


If elected, officers shall complete the MNNP Conflict of Interest statement.


After submitting your nomination application, please make sure that you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. If you do not, please contact MNNP administrator at admin@mnnp.org.


Candidate’s biographical statement is limited to 500 words.

 

Standing Committees

 

The MNNP Nominations Committee will issue a Call for Nominations for the 2018 elections in August.


All members are eligible to sit on the following committees:

 

  • Communications Committee (communication@mnnp.org)
  • Education Committee (education@mnnp.org)
  • Legislative Committee (Legislative@mnnp.org)
